Spoiler alert - they aren’t easy. In fact, much of the list includes traits that other people have probably previously told you are weaknesses, like asking for too much too soon or admitting your personal weaknesses.

As we read through this insightful post, we realized that most of our company values and the core of our internal team meetings mirror these traits, too.
#1 is “Know (and don’t hide from) your weaknesses.”
